Order Change and Cancelation Policy

Customers’ orders are processed in real-time therefore changes or cancelations are not possible after the order has been placed. Refused shipments will be charged twice the normal shipping fee due to additional return shipping fees we incur.

If the product has already shipped, contact our customer care representative at customerservice@handsfree.com to arrange a return or exchange and to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number and the return address.

Return Policy

All products purchased come with a fourteen (14) day Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with any item for any reason within the first 14 days of receipt, we will refund or exchange your purchase.

Refunds will only be issued to the credit card used for the original purchase.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

You will be required to contact our customer care representative at customerservice@handsfree.com or (888)-642-6373 to arrange a return or exchange and to obtain an RMA, and the address for return.

Exceptions:

Both wired and wireless (including Bluetooth) carkits that have been installed are not returnable except for warranty replacement.

On orders where free shipping was selected, the published shipping fee is deducted from the fourteen (14) day Customer Satisfaction Guarantee refund.

Warranty Exchange

Items found to have a manufacturer’s defect within ninety (90) days of purchase will be exchanged for replacement product at no cost to you.

Return Merchandise Authorization

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) requests are processed within 24 hours, Monday through Friday. At that time, you will be e-mailed a response with the RMA number & instructions on how to ship the item back.

You can return complete undamaged product for a full refund under the following conditions:

  • The item must be sent back in its original packaging and received in the same condition as when sold to you, including all parts and pieces.
  • Items to be returned must be repackaged properly so that they are not damaged during shipping.
  • The package MUST have our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number on the return label.
  • Packages returned without the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number on the outside of the package will not be processed and may be refused.
  • You may request a RMA Number by contacting a customer care representative at customerservice@handsfree.com.
  • On 14 day Customer Satisfaction Guarantee item (s) for refund, and on warranty item(s) after 14 days, you are responsible for return shipping charges.
  • On orders where free shipping was invoiced, the published shipping fee is deducted from the 14 Day Customer Satisfaction Guarantee refund.
  • Warranty and replacement items are shipped with charges paid by us.
  • We will bill your credit card for the replacement item(s) upon shipment, & process your product refund to your credit card only upon return receipt of the items meeting the above requirements.
